Counselling can help you become the best version of yourself. Whether you are in a crisis, or simply curious about the patterns in your life, counselling can help you work out what is getting in the way. Counselling helps you explore where issues comes from, and what you might like to do differently.
It is the opportunity to talk to a trained professional, someone who is not connected to you or your life and isn’t going to judge who you are or what you do. This is done in a safe, private and confidential space.
It isn’t a weakness to seek help and you don’t have to be broken to seek counselling.
Each therapist works with their clients’ individual needs. That might be exploring how the past is affecting your present, it might be challenging the thoughts and behaviours that are unhelpful to releasing your potential.

Your therapist will work with you to find a suitable time, whether that is the same time each week, or working around a shift pattern. Once you have made that commitment your therapist keeps that space for you. Most therapists reserve the right to charge if a session is cancelled at short notice, this is at their discretion.
