Life can be amazing, counselling helps

Lifestuff is a group of experienced, independent counsellors and
therapists based in central Newmarket. We work with children, young people, individuals and couples to live their best life.

The name comes from the idea that, quite simply, life stuff happens.

There are the good bits, the difficult bits, the unexpected bits, and
the times when everything can feel a little too much. Counselling can give you the space to make sense of what is happening, understand yourself better and find a way forward.

Between us, we have many years of experience supporting people through all sorts of life stuff, from anxiety, low mood and feeling overwhelmed, to difficult relationships, loss, past experiences, questions around identity, and times when life just feels stuck or hard to manage.

We know one another and understand each other’s areas of experience, so if one of us is not the right fit, we may be able to point you towards someone else in the group who is.

Our therapists are independent practitioners and are registered with professional bodies including BACP and NCPS. Please see individual therapist profiles for details of professional membership and registration.

Although we now work from several locations in and around Newmarket town centre, we remain connected through Lifestuff.
